Please note that, in order to facilitate the purchasing process for you and the subsequent contract processing by the operator, we use cookies to store the subscriber's IP data—as well as their name, address, telephone number, email address, and credit card number—along with other data provided by the invoice recipient.
Furthermore, the personal data (name, address, date of birth, telephone number, etc.) of the service recipient is stored for the purpose of contract execution. The data you have already provided is necessary for the performance of the contract and the implementation of pre-contractual measures. Without this data, we cannot conclude the contract with you. Data is not transmitted to third parties, with the exception of the transfer of credit card details to the processing banking institutions or payment service providers for the purpose of collecting the purchase price, as well as to our tax advisor for the fulfillment of our tax obligations and to data service providers who ensure the operation of our database and our IT and newsletter systems. We have concluded a data processing agreement with these parties in accordance with Art. 28 of the GDPR.
If a purchase process is aborted, the data stored by us will be deleted. In the event that a contract is concluded, all data arising from the contractual relationship will be stored until the expiration of the statutory retention period required under tax law (7 years).
Data processing is carried out based on the legal provisions of Section 96 (3) of the Telecommunications Act (TKG) and Article 6 (1) (a) (consent) and/or (b) (necessary for the fulfillment of a legal obligation) of the GDPR. Cookies
